Volvo XC60: Spied

Although we all have seen just what Volvo has given to the new Volvo XC60 when the car brand set it out for everyone to gawk at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show, we still have not been able to see just what the vehicle is all about once it hits the real roads. But that seems not to be a problem for according to The Auto Channel which has been able to spy on the Volvo XC60 doing road tests, the vehicle has been designed to be well equipped and fine outside the manufacturing plant and outside of the showroom.

Experts in the industry are currently saying that the Volvo XC60 has been designed so as to compete directly with current vehicles BMW X3 and the Mercedes Benz GLK. With that in mind, the makers of the mentioned two vehicles should make sure that the units are well equipped and would perform well compared to the Volvo XC60. And they still would have time to spare for rumors have it that the Volvo XC60 would be making its way to dealers come the 2009 and that would be a year’s worth of prepping up and sprucing.

The Volvo XC60 would be competing in the Small Premium Utility segment and this has just got to be one of the fastest growing segments in the current auto industry. It also has got to be one of the most difficult segments to compete in. But it does look like Volvo has got the Volvo XC60 made just ready for whatever the segment and the auto industry has got in store.

According to experts who have carefully scrutinized the Volvo XC60, this vehicle has been designed so as to have high technology features and equipment. It also has been given a different design plus a great amount of safety which has been known to be purely Volvo.
