Cruising With The 2008 Hyundai Veracruz Limited AWD

Hyundai is an Asian car brand and despite that, it has been making waves in the auto industry in North America. Recently, it has brought to the market the 2008 Hyundai Veracruz Limited AWD which is one of its newest vehicles. It is also the largest in its range and it has been made to be a crossover.

Building the 2008 Hyundai Veracruz Limited AWD, the car maker first based it on the platform that was used by the Hyundai Santa Fe. The difference though was that the platform used was stretched compared to what the Santa Fe used. With that, the 2008 Hyundai Veracruz Limited AWD can now take in seven passengers inside. And with changes here and there, this ride now offers a smooth ride that is also quiet.

Power of the vehicle comes from a V6 engine which is very much capable of creating 260 units of horsepower. With that, the ride has been made to be powerful and also luxurious so much so that the vehicles that it is competing with include the Lexus RX 350, the Honda Pilot as well as the Toyota Highlander.

The 2008 Hyundai Veracruz Limited AWD GLS trim level can be bought for around $27,000. This one comes with the V6 engine that is mated to an automatic transmission with six speeds. It also has antilock disc brakes on all four wheels. The vehicle also features the stability control as well as a filtration air conditioning system. It rolls through the streets on alloy wheels and is very much safe with a full range of airbags available inside.

Another trim level is the 2008 Hyundai Veracruz Limited AWD SE and this one rides on larger wheels compared to the GLS trim. This one has a power driver’s seat as well as a more luxurious interior. You get to pay $1000 more to get this trim level though.
