There Is A Stretch Smart Car
We all do know that the smart car is a small vehicle. It has been made into a ride that would be small so much so that it can easily maneuver through the streets and so that it would also be a vehicle that would be very fuel efficient. But one of the pieces of news that I have heard about this ride was that it has been made into a stretch vehicle so much so that it is now a stretched smart car.
Who is behind such a creation? It is Carbonyte UK. If you do not know, Carbonyte UK is the very company behind the stretching of the Ferrari. It has made the very first Ferrari limousine in the whole world. And so it has decided that if it can do such for the Ferrari, then it sure would be also able to do a stretch smart car. The stretched smart car is now known as the Carbonyte Smaaart.
To be able to create the Carbonyte Smaaart, they had to use a Smart Fortwo. The chassis of the ride was stretched so that it added 2700 millimeters. Now that made the whole chassis now measure 5100 mm. Now that is actually almost double the length of the regular vehicle.
The smart fortwo is actually a very light car so much so that the team did not have to do much changes with the ride. See, being light, the Carbonyte Smaaart could also be powered by the very same engine that is used in a regular smart car. The Carbonyte Smaaart could now speed with 80 miles per hour tops.
Chris Wright is one of the people behind the Carbonyte Smaaart and he says that this ride is going to be a really good promotional vehicle. Don’t we all agree?
