New SEAT Exeo Unleashed

At the Paris Motor Show, a new vehicle that is worth a wait has been revealed. SEAT or Sociedad Española de Automóviles de Turismo (Spanish Passenger Car Company) has introduced the new SEAT Exeo having a roof equipped with solar cells for powering the car’s ventilation system along with its conservative look. This car will serve as the 2010 model and will be released next year.

Its associate brand name Audi, influenced the design of the rear. The SEAT trademark in front seems identical with the design of the bumper and grille of SEAT Ibiza. Three engines that run in petrol of the newly launched Exeo that is capable of an impressive 02hp to 200hp power. On the other hand, common rail engines that run in diesel that has an impressive power that range from 120hp to 170hp will be produced.

The car exhibited in the Paris Motor Show has a 2.0L TSI engine that runs in petrol which acquired the rating of 36.6mpg. Comparing B7 Audi A4 and Exeo, the Exeo’s mechanical as well as its chassis are almost the same, among which is the four-link front suspension. As regards to solid driving dynamics, it has a rear suspension in a trapezoid form.

Included in its luxurious features is the entertainment system with MP3/MPEG4/iPod/USB/Bluetooth compatibility on the multi-function head for that nice groove of music on the road. The new Exeo has a solar powered ventilation system; the new innovation of Audi’s technology in car ventilation. The car showcases a twin-zone climate control system that runs automatically. It has bright Xenon headlights; it ensures that visibility on the road can still be seen even on dark and winding roads. As regards to its safety for the driver and passengers, it is packed with complete features that ensure safety of the passengers and drivers. Airbags have been included in the side and front. Avoiding other vehicles and resistance from crash features has been added. These safety features which were added include anti-lock brakes and ESP equipped traction control.
